1 CD/DVD and DISCOUNT shipping options are shipments made with regular parcel post. This is a non-insured shipment with either Canada Post (average 1 - 2 weeks) or the USPS (average 2 - 3 weeks) and does not come with tracking or any guaranteed time frame for delivery. It is has been reliable in the past but is offered as a low cost alternative which you choose at your own risk. We are not responsible to replace lost or damaged shipments.
STANDARD shipping is an insured method of shipping. It comes with Tracking for the US and Canada. Delivery standards are within a week for the US and Canada and approx. 2 weeks for Europe.
PREMIUM shipping is a courier shipment. USA, Canada, and Europe are all 2 - 3 day standards, are insured, and include tracking. All other regions are 2 - 5 days and also include insurance and tracking. Our choice of courier is Purolator in Canada and DHL worldwide.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS will be automatically converted by your bank from US$ to your home currency. Should you wish to pay by money order or bank draft in another currency please select the check option when you checkout and we will contact you with the conversion rate and payment details.
We offer a wide range of shipping options based on budget, speed of delivery, and shipment insurance. Please be sure to select the best option that meets your needs when you checkout. Note that we cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged shipments if you choose a shipping option that is NOT INSURED. Also note that most of our shipping rates are based on 1 to 3 items. For larger orders, an adjusted shipping quote may be required before we proceed. Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
TAXES & DUTIES your country may charge are not included in our shipping charges. Note that DHL shipments include the cost of customs brokerage fees.
Orders are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days with priority given to premium shipping options.
ORDER CONFIRMATION will be sent to the email address that you provided. Please review this confirmation to ensure your order is correct and keep a copy. If you are contacting us about your order, please refer to your order number, it is the fastest way for us to locate your order and respond to you. If you do not receive a confirmation then most likely we did not receive your order.
PHONE ORDERS. If you are not comfortable in leaving your credit card number on our secure site, you can do this over the phone. Our sales office is in Ontario, Canada and the phone # is 519-653-1355. The answering service is secure and messages can only be retrieved by our sales staff.
